Wow! Absolutely the best customer service!! Tuner programmer was so easy to use. Instructions were spot on. Fixed my emissions issues and the power increase and throttle response is so much better. Thanks RPM crew for all the great work.

Night and day difference!

Prior to ordering or picking a tune I had emailed and reached out to RPM Motorsports with a few questions I had on which tune would be best suitable for my application and within 24 hours I had received an email back about their suggestions. I opted for the daily drive tune plus, obd tool was overnighted allowing me to start on the project asap. Once the tool was received Lee had reached out with instructions and to inquire if I had any questions. Everything was pretty straightforward but the customer service here is unmatched. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. As for the tune it itself, night and day difference. Woke the car up, gets max MPGs and no check engine light on the dash! Can’t beat that. Money well spent 🤙🏾

Product Information

This is a SCR (AdBlue), DPF (Diesel particulate filter) and EGR (Exhaust gas recirculation) removal Programming Service for Mercedes Sprinters ML350 Years 2011 to 2015 (W166) equipped with a EDC17CP46 ECU.

  • 16D500 Starting the engine is not possible due to a malfunction in the AdBlue system
  • 106100 The upper limit value for long-term adaptation of the SCR exhaust aftertreatment system was exceeded
  • 106700 Engine start is not possible

DEF / SCR (AdBlue): This Service is useful when your yellow Mercedes Sprinter DEF – diesel exhaust fluid warning light comes on. There are many reasons why this light may appear and can be very expensive to resolve. 

DPF (Diesel particulate filter): This service is useful when you need to replace the Diesel particulate filter. This is very expensive, so we recommend removing it and replacing it with a straight pipe exhaust. 

EGR (Exhaust gas recirculation): Disconnection of the EGR Valve from its connector.
