Exceptional service, products and staff

The five star rating is a great indicator of their service however, doesn’t go far enough to demonstrate the quality of the product offering and speed with which RPM delivers. My M5 was essentially dead as one of the DME pins had become loose and sporadically placing the car into low power mode. BMW Germany was unable to provide a replacement DME due to chip shortages and would not provide an ETA to the dealers. I reached out to BMW dealerships in the USA only to learn they too were unable to obtain a new DME. In fact they confirmed the entire USA BMW
dealership network had none and were backordered.

After much research I found RPM but they were small and despite the numerous five star reviews I was still a tad unsure. Well I called and spoke with Lee who was very well versed on the BMW DME and helpful in matching my needs with their product offerings. Needless to say I placed my order and prior to the end of the week my remanufactured DME was installed into my M5. It was truly a plug and play experience as my car started immediately and runs exceptionally well.

They are exceptional people with fantastic products!! I have no hesitation in recommending RPM for any of your needs which they can fulfill.
